Casa Pardet is the name of the family Torres'village house.
 |
They were a family of farmers who worked exclusively in raising
grapevine. Josep Torres Boncompte brought from France the typical French varieties (Petit
Manseng and Malbec) and he introduced them in the Catalan region of "l'Urgell".
With these varieties
he produced wine for his own consume and the surpluses were sold to the neighbours. That
is the origin of the adventure his son, Josep Torres Cucurull, and his grandson, Josep
Torres Vilamajó, undertook. |
At
present the Torres produced high quality wines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo,
Chardonnay, and others to sell them directly to their customers. Their wine studies as
well as their knowledge of ecological products allow them to offer a wide family of
products we hope will please you.
